Fellowship Staff
Anna Nentwig, Director of Children's Religious Exploration (CRE)
A Fellowship member since 2005 and a long-time Billings community member, Anna has a rich background in teaching preschool and early elementary in both educational and recreational settings. With two small children and art and music degrees from MSU-Billings, Anna brings a wealth of experience and creative enthusiasm to her position as the Fellowship's Director of CRE. Anna's personal mission as a leader for Fellowship youth is “to share my joy and enthusiasm for being a Unitarian Universalist and to encourage children to engage the Seven Principles in living their everyday lives.”
Linnea Forseth, Office Administrator
A Fellowship member since 2002, Linnea began her work as the Fellowship's office administrator in 2004. She holds degrees in French and history from UM-Missoula. In addition to keeping the Fellowship organized, Linnea works as a freelance writer and copyeditor, cares for her two great kids (ages 10 and 12) and their puppy, and enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, biking, and socializing with her UU friends. Linnea's favorite part of her work at the Fellowship is “the inspiration I get from working with a dedicated team to build a strong, liberal religious community in Billings.”
Office hours are generally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11 a.m. to 2
p.m. Please call ahead if you need to meet with the administrator or
use the office equipment.

The Valley Voice
Our newsletter, The Valley Voice, is published at the end of every month. The submission deadline is always the 20th of the month before publication unless otherwise posted. Articles and announcements for publication in the newsletter should be emailed to the Fellowship office. To request an email or hard copy subscription of The Valley Voice, please contact the Fellowship office.
What’s Happening at the Fellowship
A summary of the month’s events at the Fellowship entitled "What’s Happening at the Fellowship” is sent by email to the congregation at the beginning of every week. Deadline for submissions is Monday at 10 a.m. To receive the email announcements, contact the Fellowship office.
Order of Service Announcements
A list of the month’s upcoming events at the Fellowship is handed out at each service with the order of service. Deadline for submissions is Wednesday at 10 a.m. Submissions should be sent to the Fellowship office.
Website
The website is updated by the Fellowship's administrator. If you have suggestions, updates, or tips on broken links, please contact the office.
Room Reservations and Rentals
To make room reservations, please contact the office administrator as far in advance as possible. Include details such as the date, starting and ending times, room preference, and frequency. The administrator will check availability and confirm the request or suggest an alternate time. Meeting in the building without reserving the space with the administrator may result in interrupted meetings and/or low attendance.
To obtain a copy of our
building use policy and the code to enter the building, please contact the administrator. Closing instructions are posted near the doors.
